• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mami@luckybaglove.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear picture of the defective item.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact us at mami@luckybaglove.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear picture of the incorrect item.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping.  Please reach out to your postal carrier (USPS or UPS), as they have the expertise to assist you in resolving these issues.   

Return Procedure:

• To initiate a return, please email us at mami@luckybaglove.com within the specified timeframe with the required information mentioned above.

Refunds:

• If your return is approved, we will reimburse you with the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
